East Greenwich Graduation Portraits

When your best friend graduates college you have to celebrate with some awesome photos! Her supportive husband Mike (you guys have totally seen them all over the blog before!) and their adorable Golden Retriever, Millie, joined in for the fun too! We went to a cute little spot near my house that had a variety of nice grass/ woods, stone features and gorgeous Spring evening light. That filtered through the trees sun glow is my favorite light to photograph in.

Sabrina + Mike will be moving to California next month and I’ll miss them like crazy so I’m glad we got to do this last shoot! You know I’ll be flying out there to visit them and capture more of their memories and probably a lot more, because…vacation! I love you guys and will miss you! Congratulations on your graduation, Sabrina!

Rhode Island and Connecticut Maternity Photographer | Snowy Maternity Session | Erika and Jason

There's nothing better than a spur of the moment session when the first snowfall of winter arrives in New England! We had been planning Erika and Jason's maternity session at the tree farm for the weekend after, but since an early season snow was predicted, Erika had the awesome idea to move up a week and shoot in the snow since it would probably be gone soon. We both had the morning free, and met at Geer Tree Farm in Griswold. I love the smell of Christmas trees, the hustle and bustle of families coming together to decorate, and the happy vibe of the holidays. Especially with the new fallen snow! A magical maternity session! Congratulations Erika and Jason, on the new addition to your family!

Magical Peter Pan Maternity Portraits | Rhode Island Portrait Photographer

When Jenny told me her vision for her maternity session was a magical Peter Pan inspired adventure, I knew it was right up my alley and was flooded with ideas! We went to one of my favorite locations in Warwick where the light is just gorgeous and magic is in the air. We incorporated some fun props and a little bit of magic and a little treat of some Dells Lemonade and made the vision of the magic of motherhood come to life!
